Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, along with other secure checkout options available at checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been confirmed.
All sales are final once an order is placed. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
If you have any concern about your order, please contact us directly before disputing a charge with your bank. Reaching out to us first allows us to resolve the issue quickly.
SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders placed before 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, please allow an additional business day for processing.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please monitor your tracking and contact us if you have any questions about your delivery.
